sir, My daughter's caste name has some spelling mistakes. How can i correct them in karnataka state. Which is troubling her career.please help me regarding this

I think spelling mistake doesn't make much difference. If it makes much difference then you will have to file a suit for mandatory injunction by following u/s 80 of CPC
