Sole proprietor law firm

i have recently completed law and want to start my own law firm. for naming a law firm can i use '........... and co" or '..... law associates'. pl advice.

You can very well use the desired words but it is humbly advised to first come in the filed, learn practical aspects of this profession and do as desired after some time.

thanks all.. do we have to register the sole proprietor firm with the bar council or with other body. can i accept cheques in the company name.

You shall have to get it done through Bar Council of your State and thereafter you shall be free to accept the cheques in the name of your firm.
