Dear experts,

My query is now is regarding the validity of the Hindu Succession Act over the ZA & LA Act Section 171. I request for your kind advice on the above matter.

I have gone through.The UPZA lays down rule of succession of its own which in my view it is within legislative competence and the same shall override Hindu Succession Act,may be central,no matter.
