Seeking advice to file criminal case in a different state against land grabber

Past 10 years I am staying and working at Delhi.I have voter ID card/Aadhar card issued from Delhi.I have some parental (inherited property) property at a small town of West Bengal. Some local bad elements to grab this property file a civil suit for a temporary Injunction claiming that they grabbed this property and property in his possession. Although property in our possession and locked ,however not in use as I am not staying at that place for a long time. We already engage lawyer to defend this case and to vacate temporary injunction immediately.
However my query is that is there any provision to file Criminal suit (on cheating/fraud or any other provision of Law) from any Court of Delhi ?
So that this person need to appear in the Court of Delhi.

I agree with the expert advise of Mr. Anirudh.
It is the only court of West Bengal town where the property is situated, have the territorial jurisdiction to entertain and adjudicate the suit.

Unless and until the land grabbers reside in Delhi or they indulge in criminal acts in Delhi no such case can be filed in Delhi.

No criminal case can be filed in Delhi. Defend present case on merits.

There was no incidence or cause of action that arose in Delhi hence you may not be eligible for that.
