Respected all,

Greetings,

Actually my in-laws filled some bogus complaints in PS. So that several time policemen came at my home & ask to come at PS. After that when I demand the copies of complaints they hasn’t provided me therefore I put a RTI request but against the RTI request DPC office replied me that PS hasn’t found such kind of records.

My father consults with a lawyer, he advise us if policemen come at our home so ask for notice according the section 160 that will be a proof.

Other side my spouse complaint at PS & one copy sent to CP & DCP those received to every office around 2 month ago but till date PS hasn’t take an action on same.

Please guide me what to do next.

If there is no complaint lodged, then there is nothing to do Kep the RTI reply handy.
For inaction on your complaint, you can file case u/s 156(3) crpc.
