whether SECONDARY EVIDENCE is acceptable AT THE TIME OF FRAMING OF CHARGE or not.

stage to accept or denying. of secondary evidence is either prosecution evidence or defense evidence.at time of framing charge court consider only the material on record {documentary and oral evidence } and not the primary or secondary evidence.

Well answered by Goyal Sahib. Court is only to makeup mind that any offense made out or not, assuming all the document and evidence to be proved. After charge, what we do ? either prove or disprove the facts on file. At the time of charge court should assume the evidence to be proved.
