My friend got arrested under the section of 302. Charge sheet has been filed and he is mentioned as A5 whereas only A1 and A2 had involved in the murder.After committing murder A1 and A2 had approached A5 for money and help. A1 and A2 had sold the gold chain for money at A5.So with that money A1 and A2 got escaped and later arrested.So they have involved my friend in this case under section 302.May i know how to get the bail Bail foe my friend (A5).Please do needfull.
