You have to indicate the following:
1. In which year did your grand father get the property from his father (i.e. your great grand father).
2. Please indicate how your great grand father got the property - whether he self-acquired it or he got it from his father.
3. If your great-grand father had received the property from his father, then in which year he received it.

The property in your grand-father's hand is ancestral property.
Your father saying that the property is 'absolute property' of your grand father has no meaning, when the law says otherwise
Therefore, your father can ask for his share in the property, by a legal notice.
If your father's share is not given, or still if your grand father tries to sell the property, then your father has to approach the court for stopping the sale.
Your father can claim his share as per Hindu Law.

You and your father are having the right over the property. Send a notice for partition.

Dear experts ,
my father had given his consent by way of an agreement excuted on a Bond paper.
Now Can my father go further and give a legal notice to my grand father?

Since your grand father has not so far disposed of the property, your father can take steps to cancel the consent given by him.
