Return the morgage property documents after no dues

Sir, I would like inform to u that I had taken loan but A/C had been declared NPA. After that through the lok adalat settled the loan and cleared the all due amount. After clearance of amounts in time bank is denying to return the documents of morgage property. Pls Suggest me what will be the legal procedure / legal action against bank for the original documents of my morgaged property.

issue legal notice to bank . file complaint before consumer forum for deficiency in service and seek compensation from bank

Send letter to Bank Manager, Regional Manager and to Chairman. After waiting for 10-15 days send legal notice to all and file complaint with the consumer forum.

when entire due amount has been paid by you to Bank then bank has no right to retain your property documments.It amounts deficiency in services on part of Bank.Issue legal notice to bank.If notice not complied with then file complaint before District consumer Forum also claim compensation towards mental and physical agony.
