A filed against B an inj. suit in respect of an agricultural land. Lateron B filed injuction suit against A in respect of same propety. Both claim in their respective suit property to be their own.

Q. WHETHER LATER SUIT SHOULD BE BARRED BY SEC.10 OF CPC
