Request for clarification

Dear Hon'ble Experts,
I have doubt on Right to Information Act Pls Kindly clarify on that.

the case which was already finished and the case bundle, kept in record room of State Consumer Disputes Redressal forum will comes under RTI Act?

I would like to get the copy of the case bundle, do i request under RTI ACt?

The on going case it will not comes under the RTI Act they do not provide, but the already finished case comes under RTI Act or Not

Kindly clarify

Instead of seeking under RTI you could have applied for the certified copies.

Both ways are open but applying for certified copies are the usual and normal course of practice.

Applying for certified copies is practice. You may get through RTI also.

Authorities under RTI Act are not having the power of Court hence the record of SCDRF cannot be called by it while deciding a matter pending before it.

thanks for reply.

Dear Raj Kumar Makkad Sir, I am telling about the case records which is already decided by the SCDRF and the case is closed.

I have a doubt that, is it possible to get the copies of the already decided and closed case bundle, under RTI Act

This is my doubt so please Clarify.
