(Querist) 20 January 2013 This query is : Resolved 
client had filed application under order 9 rule 13 for setting aside exparte decree in a small causes suit in small causes court. along with the said application filed an application for condonation of delay. the said condonation delay application was dismissed for want of prosecution as client failed to adduce evidence.
client wants to challenge the said order passed in delay condonation application.

what is the procedure for that???
