after getting divorce can i marry next day ? or is there any particular stipulated period till which i have to wait for 2nd marriage even i get divorce from court ?

no you cnat marry second day . what is the urgency ? you have waited for long time for divorce .

wait for appeal period to be over as your wife may desire to contest the divorce

yes, you must wait atleast 90 days for the defendant may go appeal.
