Relinquishment of land rights

If I am a 50 year old woman, who had relinquished her land rights in favour of her mother at the age of 18, can I revoke them now after 32 years?

Law of Limitation stops you // no remedy.

Even if law of limitation would not have been effective, once a person released her/his rights, he lost all her rights in that property. This is a matter of common sense.
