Dear sir, I am from kerala. My Grand fathers brother wrote a will to give 10 feet road to my land before he passed and the will is also registered, but his sons are not allowing us the road .what should i do?
If you are not allowed to use the road, you may file a suit for declaration before the civil court that you are entitled to use the road as per the will and also consequentially seek injunction against those interfereing in your peaceful usage of the road.
Best regards.,

File a suit for declaration and injunction. Bare suit of declaration is not maintainable so go for injunction also.

Your grand father's brother if he got the ancestral property then he can not execute the will without the consent of his successors. If the property is his own earned , the will stand valid, you have a remedy of filing civil suit against his sons.
