A person who crossed 70 years of age with sound mind can alone execute a deed and get it be registered before the authority concerned. as per Registration Act, he/she need not take assistance if they physically ok.

A major title holder/owner of sound mind can dispose his/her self earned/acquired property in anyone’s favor, without need of anyone's consent.

1. Age for registration of a document is no consideration.
2. What is the document, purpose of document and other related information qua your question ?
3. The title of property qua document under registration is an important factor for involving family member, vague question.
