Regarding will

Dear sir/Madam

My grandmother died recently she written a unregistered WILL that her property will belong to my father which is written on june 2013, But my aunty(Fathers sister) claiming that my grandmother written unregistered WILL on july 2013 in her name so that her property will belong to her, if my father approach the court what will be the chances getting the property, please advice

Any last (which is latest one) Will whether registered or not will come into operation after death of the testator. If your father approaches the court, it will depend on the merits and de-merits of the case.

Yes, the last will prevails. However, the execution of the Wills needs to proved, if challenged in the court of law.

Thank u for valuable suggestions, as nobody knows whether my grandmother is consiously written WILL in favour of my aunt or she(grand mother) may be fooled by my aunt and made her to sign on WILL,how could be it is legal. If there is any chance in challenging it in court please suggest.
