hi currently i am looking purchase a home it is on third floor it builded by owner itself but it does not have gutthewari it construction is almost befor 17 years old it in dhankwadi i look for living is it self for purchase or not. pleae guide me for this.

dont purchase flat without consulting a lawyer . check whether all original documents are with seller . whether builder has Occupation certificate or not etc

Before purchasing the flat take proper guidance from the lawyer , show all the relevant documents to him .
