Regarding insurance claim of my vehicles

Respected Experts,

I had purchased Ford Figo in March 2012, in which I have taken Adon Policy of Bharti Co. which means 100% Dep. My car got accident and I sent to Authorised Dealer for Claim under my Vehicle Policy of Bharti Co.

As per the Authorised Dealer they told me that I have to paid Service Tax, extra materials charges like nut bolts, greasing & 80% Colour charges, as it won't come under Claim.

Sir whether its true that I have to pay said amount to dealer, because at the time of policy they told me that I have to Pay Rs.500/- only.

Its urgent, Please reply at earliest.

Certain items are not covered under insurance. Instead of going upon oral claims, it shall be better to go through Insurnace cover Note and decide the dispute accordingly.
