Rectification deed for partition deed

Hello Sir/Madam,

Can a rectification deed be made on a partition deed, if the partition deed is already given to another person as a gift deed?

If yes, who all needs to sign the rectification deed for the following case :

Partition deed :
First party : Mother [Expired] , Father [Expired],Son 1, Son 2[Expired], Son 3

Second party : Daughter

This partition deed is given to the daughter.

Currently the property is gifted by daughter, to her two daughters.

Kindly suggest.

Your query requires clarity. partition deed means a property including movable will be distributed among the co-parceners/owners. if only one party obtain all the property then the remaining parties get zero. so is it partition as you said? In the party, parents and son-1 and son-2 died. are the sons having children?

First question:Yes. This property completely comes to daughter.Whereas the sons have been given other property as different partition deeds.
Second question : Yes, he has a son
