Can my learned friends inform me the rule/law which says that after a person for example : has bought a crockery set, paid for it. After 1 month he breaks the cups & comes back to claim the money for the set. The seller has fulfilled his contract totally.Is the buyer entitled to claim money ?what is this rule/law in legal terms which says there can be no claim? Thanks please help.

Contact is executed and finished soon at the time delievery of sold items to buyer against the price received by seller and seller has no connection with the fate of those sold items except what guaranteed by him in writing.

If there is no warranty, no need to pay back the money.

Yes. Am also agree with experts. If there is no warranty mean can't claim. More over no where warranty is available to crackers.

Dear Mr. Tom,
It is not crackers,it is crockery.
Some of the high-fi brands of crockery (say china bone etc. etc.) do offer warranty. Only if there was any such warranty then the buyer can definitely approach the shop and make a claim, otherwise not.

If there is warranty the buyer can claim it otherwise he cannot.

Sometime to save our client we overview the situation Sardar Patel was fighting the case where he found the genuineness of the client.This is my view because I came across with the same situation personally,the only reason was I did not opened the packet at the shop of the dealer when I came home and wife opened it she found it broken pieces,did she broke the lovely fancy decorative saucers which were to be placed in her showcase?
Tell the querist to give full detail.
