parties agreed order but order isn't clear mention it who gave 50 % bank-guarantee which freeze by court

No clarification can be sought once judgment is finally produced. If there are some arguable points then leave can be obtained to approach Hon'ble apex Court.

If something has to be done in pursuance of judgement passed which is not clear i would side to the opinion of Mr.Sethi.
