Dear All Experts,

I AM AKHALAQUE AHMED VICTIM OF 498 A & DV ACT. WE ARE ON BAIL. MY WIFE ALREADY FILE DV AGAINST MY FAMILY AFTER 498A. CAN WE FILE RCR AFTER THIS TWO CASES. IS IT BENEFICIAL FOR US.PLEASE HELP ME WITH YOUR DETAIL ANSWER.

do you want your wife back after she has filed 498A case against you and your family members?

if so then go in for RCR . other wise better go in for divorce if possible by mutual consent

RCR can be filed anytime. It is a futile remedy. Don't go for it.

First decide what you want.
If you want your wife back then file RCR , otherwise give talaq to her.

I taken 4 granted AHMED married as per moh law.

RCR IS SEC 9 IN HINDU MARRIAGE ACT 1955,

CAN A MUSLIM APPLY UNDER HINDU LAW FOR RCR???
[Otherwise also RCR is not effective, and useless.]
