Like any other organisation or individual. There is no restraint if the deed gives such right to the Trust.

Can proceed normally if Government is ready to provide.

The trust cannot acquire land; but the Government should take a decision to assign or grant the land to the Trust.

A trust cannot acquire the Govt. land and only State can acquire and can provide its land to the Trust if it is of the opinion that this is in public interest.
