Quash petition & ancipatory bail

For unknown IPC 457,IPC 380 case registered long 5 1/2 months back.Now which is good option to save suspecting person(person was absconded due to fear with police but not involved in this dispute)1.Quash petition or 2.Anticipatory bail.

Now a days QUASH are more often dismissed,unless you have some concrete & irrefutable evidence to show that you were not involved.

Apply AB and defend the case.

AB IS ALWAYS THE BEST OPTION THAN GOING FOR QUASHING WHICH IS RARELY ALLOWED.

if there is any strong proof then quashing otherwise AB is better

Get bail from the court. If AB is denied, surrender before the court and get regular bail and then defend the case.
