Property purchased on wife name with husband money and husband is died now..
will she transfer property only to one son among three sons ??

She is absolute owner / titleholder of the property and entitled to transfer it to anyone / all of her choice.

Yes, mother is absolute owner of property and she has every right to transfer the property to anyone as per her choice.

As the property is in the name of the wife, though her husband invested she is the absolute owner of the property and she can enjoy or do anything as she wishes.
