I have purchased new property in fursungi pune which come under grampanchayat .after one year builder is demanding for drainage connection charges. he is saying that It is a part of property tax. What should i do??

Ask the Tax bill from Municipality. Only the Municipal authority is authorised to appropriate property tax. So meet the local Municiaplity and seek information on this.

Who has to pay the property tax? In what way builder is concerned with payment of property tax? If the builder has made some payment to panchayat for drainage connection, go as per the terms of agreement. If you are liable to pay such charge as per the agreement, you will have to pay.
