property of dowry

Gud afternoon!
I hav been posting queries nd getting lot of help from u . Thanx
my father had put a dowry property on my MILs name nd the payment mode was thru my bank account .
they started troubling me for more property nd my husband left the house in 2010.
after that I got FIR registered against my MIL n my husband in 2010 under directions of hi court .in meanwhile my MIL had put a criminal complaint against my father for this property to respected DGP for which investigation was conducted for three years(this property being dowry we got authority letter in name of my father for receiving of 2nd 3rd n 4th installment.first installment was recieved by my MIL to which she refuses n gave it to my father .Mother n son opened an account n with conspiracy of both of them my husband signed on behalf his mother my father withour any knowledge went n signed later on without any knowledge.it was joint account of my mother in law n my father .later my MIL refused that she had opened any account n put a police case against my father).nd I on other side hsd put a case in court to get my property back from my mother in law. To which I hav got a stay now against my MIL.
Now they had put writ against my father n state to which an investigation is marked to police .
my qus is
1)nobody is getting handwriting verification of my husband n I hav done privately but police is not accepting it.
2)v r being harrassed for four years by police
3) now that v hav got stay will hi court still pursue it where shes not refused abt payments n joint account.
