I want to do practice in sales tax moradabad I have up bar council registered it is also necessary or compulsory to get registered in moradabad tax bar for practice in moradabad sales tax office

If you have already registered in U.P.Bar Council that is enough. But while working, you yourself will realise whether it would be better to become a member of the Sales Tax bar or not. There is no compulsion. It is your choice whether to join or not.

Agree with Mr. Anirudh. It is voluntary/ optional.
By the way, any specific reason/interest in opting for Sales Tax practice? and why not general, including taxation (all tax laws)?
