hello sir can i use POWER OF ATTORNEY at Metropolitan Magistrate's 41st Court, Shindewadi, Municipal School Building, Ground Floor, Abaji Palav Marg, Dadar (East), Mumbai - 400 014.
The case is U/S 353A/471 of the BMC.
plz suggest me.

POA holder can represent complainant to initiate complaint case but he can not represent the accused person.

thank you for ur suggetion i am grand son of my grand father. i also get POWER OF ATTORNEY from grand father.
but my grand father is 85 years old n the u/s 353A/471 of the BMC case against with him so how can i represent at metropolitan 41st court behalf of my grand father. plz suggest me.

You are properly advised that you cannot represent an accused in a criminal case by using a power of attorney deed, don't repeat the question as if not understood the answer.
