Post marriage

I am a senior officer in a premier Bank and having one daughter 12 years old. My wife is engaged in a love affair for the last six months. When i tried to stop her, she becomes violent and did not stop her activities like telephonic conversation in mid night and his company in evening.

What kind of legal recourse is available to me !

Legal recourse is to get separate from her and apply for divorce.
But before that try one last time to reform your wife.

If she is indulging in adultery with some other person then you may seek divorce from her, provided you have some good evidence against her.

Try to have amicable solution by visiting marriage counselor, if no effect, try for mutual consent divorce.

Before it collect all proofs of her adultery by engaging private detective.
