Possession on property

A land owner has an oral agreement with person B for making a educational institute on
his land to B. then B makes a society and take approval of high school classes frm siksha parishad uttar pradesh but not according to govt. rules.
and B makes member mr.A in society & after 12 year he amend the membersip and mr A was out frm the new membership.and disposses frm the property.
what remedy is avilable for Mr. A?
A is owner with transferable right on that land.

Whether A is the absolute owner of the property?

If A is owner of the land and has not transferred his rights to the society, he can demand to vacate his land. Contact local lawyer with all the documents.

if A is owner he can ask society to vacate the land on which institute has been set up
