Kindly suggest wat should i do?

Nothing to worry.
Engage a lawyer and file a petition u/s 156(3) crpc before the competent Magistrate containing all the allegations where after the magistrate would send the same to the concerned police station with direction to treat the petition as a FIR and cause necessary investigation.

really sorry state of affairs for you....there have been numerous cases where the Police has failed to help the victims.

at present the most appropriate remedy for you is to file an appropriate complaint before the Local Magistrate for various offences committed by your husband.

for this purpose you will have to engage a lawyer.

After lodging the diary you can file a petition u/sec.(156) Cr.P.C. that your complaint treat as an FIR,but most of the cases the police authority submit "Final Report" in place of FIR.In this stages you can file a Writ petition in High Court for in-action of Police authority.
