A lady whom i know well was under treatment for schizophrenia and bipolar disease for the last 3 years . She ,by herself stopped taking medication 3-4 months back and she started resisting treatments. Now i could see her parents and husband not giving any treatment to her and she is interacting with the public and joined for job as medical officer one month back. Last week i could see her attacking her brother and father physically. I fear she may cause serious social issues since she is a doctor.
Can i file PIL to provide treatment for her and to avoid problems in society?

No its not a case fit for filing a PIL.
Better apprise about the situation to the local authorities and ensure she is provided with proper medical aid.

Agree, it is not a fit case for PIL. You can inform in writing to the senior officer of the hospital about this.

A family matter. What you will do with other cases, as there may be lakhs of schizophrenia and bipolar disease cases in India?
