I bought land in haryana on registery there is picture of buyer seller witness but not of officer in box but officer signed and stamp on paper so is there is any problem?

Photograph of buyer (Vendee) , seller (vendor) with two witnesses is required to be available on the sale deed.
There is neither any provision nor requirement of photograph of Sub-Registrar certifying the transaction.
It is a complete and perfect certificate.

It is duly executed and registered document with signatures of Registrar.
This may be mistake of office for not affixing photo of registrar at given space.
There would be no problem in absence of photo of Registrar.

The photo of the Sub Registrar is not required. for the authenticity of the document the signature and seal of the SubRegistrar is must.

In many States, the photograph of the registrar on registered document is mandatory but not in Haryana so there is no negative impact if the registrar has not affixed his photograph on the said document under discussion.

Section 32 A, notified by the Amendment Act of 2001, mandates affixing of photograph:

32A. Compulsory affixing of photograph, etc.—Every person presenting any document at the proper registration office under section 32 shall affix his passport size photograph and fingerprints to the document:

Provided that where such document relates to the transfer of ownership of immovable property, the passport size photograph and fingerprints of each buyer and seller of such property mentioned in the document shall also be affixed to the document.

It needs no elaboration that the said provision does not mandate the affixing of the photograph of the Registrar.

It is highly disappointing that some of the postings in this prestigious platform are being allowed to degenerate to the level of sustaining and perpetuating legal illiteracy.

The query is in reference to Haryana.

In Haryana it is the procedure to print the photo of Registrar with photo of Buyer, purchaser, witness on the document presented for registration..

No such requirement has not been laid down by the Government of Haryana. Please see Question No. 22 to the FAQ notified at http://revenueharyana.gov.in/Portals/0/Registrationactfaq.pdf:

Question 22:There have been cases of impersonation of the seller in the past. What
are the measures contemplated by the Department to prevent such practices?
Answer. It is the top priority of the Government to curb impersonation of the seller.
The Sub-Registrars have been asked to satisfy themselves about the identity
of executants, yet some persons manage to escape from the eyes of the SubRegistrar. Therefore, the following measure have been taken by the State
Governments to prevent impersonation;-
On the document of transfer of immovable property-
(i) Photographs of the seller/buyer are affixed
(ii) Finger prints of executants and witnesses are obtained
(iii) For power of attorney even witnesses have to produce photo and ID card.

Even the photographs of the Witnesses are not required to be affixed. If so, where is the question of affixing photograph of the Registrar.

If you went for registration directly as mandated and completed then no need to think about any other requirement including the photo of registering authority unless in your state it is mandatory.
