Dear sir / madam,
i was worked a match factory at kovilpatti, ( tamilnadu state ). now i am working in another company. because Previous company manager and owner every time irritate to me. That’s way I stopped that company. But they are not giving my PF amount. If I ask him, they are told come today and tomorrow like this.
How I get my PF amount from that old company. Pf amount is 10500/-
questions:
1. how i get my PF amount?
2. How to punish to company owner?

why you do not get the PF amount shifted to new account.
It is otherwise beneficial than withdrawal as the past period adds in pension.

Consult the concerned PF Department of the State Government verify whether the previous company has deposited your PF with the PF Department or not? If they did not deposit, lodge a complaint with the PF Department giving particulars. If they deposit, obtain the specimen forms from PF Department and fill them up and get the signature of previous employer, submit them to PF Department for transfer of that amount into your new PF Account.

You should fill the withdrawal forms of EPF concerned to your old employer and should directly send those to the office of APFC of your locality with the specific letter intimating the real problem and seeking strict action against the old employer. then wait and watch their action.
