if a person retired from his service & if during his tenure he is a member of credit co-op society of that institution & he has not claim his contribution toward capital etc.on retirement whether he continue to be a member of that society & if yes whether he has any rights in the same?
Much depends on the rules and regulations governing the credit co-op society, you will have to refer them since each society is governed by their own bye-laws.

Basically by laws of the society must be seen. Each society can have its own by laws. If the by laws permit continuance of membership even after retirement, then you may continue.

If rules and regulations permit you can continue as a member and your rights also depends upon the existing rules in the society.
