Sir,One of my relative has produced copy of pedhinamu with all necessary documents to SBI Udhna Surat branch.Branch has raised query that pedhinamu time period valid is 6 months.Sir is there any validity time period validity for pedhinama ?

Ask the copy of related instructions through RTI.

You can adopt method for claiming assets procedure laid down for claim without legal representation from Bank.
