Pay fixation

If I move from Central Govt. job (4800) to a Delhi Govt. job (4600) through proper channel tendering technical resignation, will I be eligible to get benefit of pay fixation in Delhi govt. Please suggest and share any circulars/OMs in this regard.

Since you applied through proper channel your pay in Delhi Government Job will be protected.

Yeah I made the query regarding pay protection earlier on. However, this time I made query related to pay fixation while moving on from Central Govt. to Delhi Govt. to a lower grade through an open competitive exam. The move will be based on proper channel and tendering technical resignation.
