ONLY WITH THE CONSENT OF PARTNERS

It is unclear if you are retiring from the partnership, if yes then the assets and liabilities need to be revalued on the date of the retirement and distributed amongst partners after paying the necessary tax, however, how the outgoing partner shall be paid viz. in cash or by way of share in the plots is the mutual understanding of the partners.
