Can Any one help me with the compliance procedure to be followed for formation of a partnership firm in mUmbai. Value of Stamp paper to be require for a capital of RS 10,000/- Documents required for the Same.

get partnership deed prepared . have document duly stamped and regd with Registrar of Firms bandra

Terms of the partnership are to be finalized and then obtain the service of a local lawyer with whose help, finalize the drafting and then get it registered. The fee for the registration is same irrespective of the capital to be invested by partners.
