Partiton of land

hello ! dear expert my query is that : one of my friend father ( rameshbhai )and father friend ( alokbhai ) purchased a plot of 24 guntha jointly , in sale his name of rameshbahi and alokbhai is mentioned, now my friend father rameshbhai want to do partition of the land,, but the other side i.e. alokbhai is not ready to do partition what remedy does rameshbhai have please suggest

file partition suit in civil court.

Both should be owner of equal share if % of share is not narrated in sale deed.

If boundaries are not mentioned then amicable partition is not possible; recourse is partition thru court.

Well advised by experts, I agree.
Instead of your friend or his father (the titleholder of property in dispute) how and why are you so concerned?
Seeking "suggestion" of experts will not solve the examination hall question paper posted by you.
