Can a Non-registered society or association apply for PAN card?
If yes, what is the procedure and documents required?

It is safe to have PAN to maintain transparecy in accounts.Besides,Further if transactions attracts gst it could be convenient to render accounts.

As per me, an unregistered society cannot get PAN card.

Registration of Society/Association is optional. so even an un-registered society can get PAN. But a copy of the bylaws of the Society/Association shall be submitted.
