Open terrace

one of our society member has fixed up a tap in his open terrace which has a direct effect to my house just below that open terrace as water drains through the gaps & ceiling of my house gets drenched due to this

Agitate this issues in the MC of the society so that it may request its removal.
Filing civil suit for injunction is another option if the first one fails to deliver any result.

if a member has an open terrace he must be facing lots of problems in having terrace cleaned . hence tap connection is taken in the terrace . you cna request the meber to do water proofing of the terrace so that water does not seep into your flat.

in cooperative society members must accmodate each other .if leakage continues then you can raise the issue with office bearers of society or raise it in AGM

lodge police complaint.

complain to competent authority (i.e. muncipal corporation or gram panchayat etc)about your problem.
if not solved, then go and complain to police about nusance etc.
if not, you can go and institute the private complaint in the court of law in your jurisdiction...
