Obc certificate

As i have been in central government obc list from state of uttar pradesh.I have born & brought up in mumbai & i live in mumbai only & i have all document like passport, voter id etc of mumbai address only.Now i have made obc certificate in which the address is mention of my father native place i.e. uttar pradesh. Now each goverment form i have to write a address & i am writing mumbai address .So my query is that as my address is different on my documents & obc certificate.so for obc benefit can i produce same obc certificate in various govt exam.

the caste certificate is issued beiliving you to be ordinary resident of UP within meaning of Representation of People Act.

You yourself said you are registered as voter in Mumbai. Please elaborate facts how you got the certificate.

Certificate issued by Mumbai authorities is invalid (which you might have procured through back-door) to allow you for OBC status / benefits.

The cast certificate is issued on the basis of the ROR of the Father.
Still I have an question "do you have a own land that also has to be purchased in Ur name or Ur father's name?
