Notary land

Dear sir...I would like to buy a land in Balaji Nagar, Dammaiguda.but that is a Notary Regd.document..if I buy that house ...is there any problems in future... Is there any other document available like saledeed...etc...please suggest me whether I buy or not

Notary document does not confer title of land so don't purchase land on basis of notarized document.

I fully agree with the advise of expert Mr. Bhartesh Goyal regarding title of seller.
It would be better to show relevant documents to a local prudent lawyer.

It is not a registered sale deed.
The notarised sale deed cannot become a legally valid title document.
Buying this property on the basis of the notarised sale deed is nothing but you are getting into legal trouble and because you cannot claim title to the property anytime even though you may be in possession and enjoyment
