Dear Chirag,
If you open the website suggested by me you will get on the right side see "Implemented Centres".. If your place is not there in that list it will be a non implemented centre.. For further clarification contact their help desk on phone No. 1800 11 2526 or contact their Regional Office, Ahmedabad...
