With due regards to All respectable Ld Advocates ,
I will be obliged if you will provide me the judgements , in which the supreme court and high courts of india have enhanced the punishment of the accuse , convicted under sec 138 of Negotiable instrument act by the trial / session courts .
2:----- The Supreme Court Judgement in Mst. Hateshswar Kuer V. sakaldeo Singh , (1969)2 SCWR 414
( " The rule requiring inclusion of the entire joint estate in a suit -------
The Suit fot partial partion is not maintable _)
Also any other judgement on "The Suit for partial partion is not maintable ".
