Next action on 498a?

(Querist) 13 January 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hi Experts,

As chargesheets say no evidence found of violence or incident as per FIR , doubt on medical report as no seal or stamp. Only one winess driver who is working for wife family and thier lawyer.

Then what action should we start, should keep waiting for 498a aquital in court?

or we can file separate case for divorce on the chargesheets grounds.?

seems you have good case on merits . contest the case before trial court .

you are at liberty to file for divorce but in case you are acquitted becomes a strong ground for divorce . false 498A case amounts to mental cruelty

Let the case be decided on merits, well advised by the expert ajay sethi ji, agree to it.

Yes but before that you can try to end the case by filing quashing in high court or by filing discharge in the same court.

AB is not possible in UP. We are trying for bail from HC? any other suggestion?

Recall the warrant in the trial court itself.
