Dear sir
ABC Ltd. is a NBFC ND SI registered with the RBI u/s 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act,1934 engaged in Borrowing or Lending of Money and Investment in Securities.
I want to know that what is maximum limits of Borrowing or Lending of Money and Investment in Securities in SINGLE/GROUP of entity?
